Boulevard Salmiya Expansion
Al Salmiya Group for Enterprise DevelopmentCompany, a subsidiary of Al Tijaria Real Estate Company, has obtained approval from the Municipal Council to develop the “Salmiya Boulevard” park, aiming to increase the total built-up area from 12.5% to 20%, bringing the spaces allocated for commercial and recreational facilities to 70,705.8 square meters.
Al Salmiya Group is completing the necessary contractual procedures with the relevant authorities and selecting a suitable engineering firm to commence the design phase, focusing on harmonizing the new buildings with the existing architectural design of the park to reflect the site’s unique architectural identity. The expansion will also include the development of green spaces to enhance the park’s natural aesthetic.
