Al Salmiya Group for Enterprise DevelopmentCompany, a subsidiary of Al Tijaria Real Estate Company, has signed an investment agreement with the Public Authority for Housing Welfare to develop a commercial complex, a health club, and public parking facilities to serve the project in the Qairawan area (Q1). The development will be executed under a design, development, financing, operation, management, and maintenance model for a duration of 22 years.

The project includes the development of two structurally separate buildings on a total land area of 12,580 square meters, with the commercial complex covering 4,920 square meters and the health club spanning 2,000 square meters. Between the two buildings, a designated area for public parking will cover 5,660 square meters, serving both the project’s visitors and the local community.

The project aims to provide a comprehensive and modern destination that meets the aspirations of residents in Qairawan and surrounding areas, offering commercial, sports, and recreational services within an urban environment designed to the highest standards.
