Al-Tijaria, one of Kuwait’s leading real estate companies, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (CSCEC) to collaborate on selected government-tendered development projects in Kuwait.

The partnership sets a framework for joint technical and financial feasibility studies during the bidding phase, with CSCEC potentially investing in projects alongside Al-Tijaria and supporting project financing arrangements.
