Key Responsibilities :
Implementation & Support :
- Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), OAB (Oracle Advanced Benefits), SSHR (Self-Service HR), and Recruitment.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementations and upgrades.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle HRMS applications.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Work with business users to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle HRMS functionalities.
- Design and propose solutions to address business needs.
System Configuration & Customization:
- Configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and extensions (RICE components) using Oracle technologies such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- Create and modify Fast Formulas, workflows, and personalizations.
Testing & Documentation :
- Develop test plans and scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations and customizations.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.
Training & Support :
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HRMS functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users.
