Job Description

  1. Draft office correspondences as directed by manager or supervisor
  2. Collect and distribute mail correspondences to appropriate department
  3. Coordinate for getting requires approval for related department
  4. Maintain calendar and meetings schedules of manager
  5. Ensure proper manual / electronic filing of documents
  6. Attending related meeting for property Department, take minutes of meetings and presentation for department Head
  7. Compile all department reports & presentations.
  8. Coordinate and collect required data, information, market research
  9. Coordinate, track and follow up tasks of direct report of the manager
  10. Coordinate with department team for regular meetings to discuss operation needs
  11. Ensure knowledge sharing among the team and supervise and train new department joiners
  12. Any other task assigned by management and ability for supporting with multi tasks
