Mozon Investment Holding

Mozon Investment Holding is a Moroccan investment company created by prominent institutional and private investors in 2007.

Mozon Investment Holding targets the different sectors of the economy and considers investing in:

  • Greenfield projects
  • Going Concerns (acquisitions or Joint Ventures)
  • Real Estate Development & Recurring Income
  • Funds

The main projects of the company are:

Institut de Management et Business Technology ( IMBT)

Institut de Management et Business Technology ( IMBT), is a higher education school in Rabat, offering diploma, bachelor and master degrees in a variety of programs and disciplines such as management, sales and marketing, interior design, IT, human resources management, Logistics ... etc. Currently, there are around 300 students registered in the school.

In 2018, IMBT created a subsidiary company called ADEPTIO, which represents several European schools & universities with other higher education Moroccan and African schools wishing to pursue these European degrees & programs. ADEPTIO is also specialized in sending Moroccan students abroad to pursue their education.

El Jadida Real Estate Project

In partnership with other investors, Mozon invested in the real estate sector through the acquisition of a land of around 1.5 hectares and dividing it into plots of G+4 in El Jadida city. There are 23 plots for sale ranging from 300 sqm to 420 sqm with a total net sellable area of 8,112 sqm.

The land is located in a very good location, just meters away from Marjane shopping center where many projects are being constructed.

DITEMA Project

The project consists of an industrial, logistics, technology, residential, and commercial zones, in addition to public facilities to serve the project. The project area is around 380 hectares located in the outskirts of the city of Settat. The project DITEMA is considered one of the most promising integrated industrial projects in Morocco.

Ditema has so far acquired 161 hectares, and is negotiating with the government to buy the other land belonging to the government.

There are around 100 moroccan and foreign companies in the capital of Ditema.
